Lady behind the counter was extremely helpful, went in today near closing hour and that didn’t bother her whatsoever… we had went in for a gift and she had offered to give us an unmarked bag and even helped us get a better understanding of the products they were selling. Thank you so much!

Quality and customer service was excellent. I needed a range bag and the sales lady gave me 10% off for being a first time customer and made me feel welcome. I will be referring friends and family to 5.11.

On January 30 I walked in the store to buy some pants for work. I have trouble finding pants that fit properly. The lady that helped me I didn't get her name but her Empl# is 2934. She really worked with me finding the proper pants that fit and she made sure I was comfortable. She was very Helpful, knowledgeable and professional! Thank you so much! I greatly appreciated it!!!!😎⭐👮🏼‍♀️

Marissa and Vicky were so amazing! They are so welcoming, kind, generous, professional. They went above and beyond to assist and help me get the right pants. The store is clean, organized, ADA Friendly and accommodating. As someone with Lupus, these pants are comfortable, breathable, stretchy, good quality. These ladies made our first shopping experience memorable. I look forward to coming back especially with the help of these lovely ladies 🤗❤️❤️❤️

I had a great experience at this store. The customer service was excellent, and the two cashier ladies were very nice and helpful. They helped me find the pants I was looking for and made the whole experience pleasant. I definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Absolutely, my favorite 511 shopping experience. I’ve been to a lot of these stores and this is my favorite location. Amber and Hannah made this a very memorable shopping experience before my deployment. Thanks ladies!

Jenna and Amber are AMAZING! Shopping by myself and I needed some honest opinions and they were sooooo helpful! I even ordered a pair of pants super easy to be shipped to my house! They were both clutch as I’m looking for some nice professional clothing and they both helped out a TON! Thank you so much!! I only ever buy 5.11 pants because they fit so well, they come in a long and they take the abuse I put them through at work and at home. I haven’t had a pair wear out yet. I also work closely with 5.11 to order clothing for our group who work outside for a living and need durable camouflage and good heavy gear for trudging through the desert and woods.
